Joshua Hawley, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IGA Capital, said the firm is coming to Abuja with a clear focus on tangible, high-impact projects.
"We are coming to Abuja to find projects that are not just profitable on paper but visible in people's lives. We are particularly looking forward to engaging with public projects and government-backed initiatives, as well as impactful private projects, where the capital we deploy can be seen in the roads, the plants, the power lines and the jobs that follow, We also encourage governments, project developers, entrepreneurs, startups, and investors seeking funding or strategic partnerships to participate in the Expo by registering at www.aidca.africa " Hawley said.
IGA Capital's Funding Capacity and Priorities
IGA Capital's minimum funding capacity starts at $100 million, positioning the firm to back large-scale infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, and public-private partnership projects. The firm operates across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas, offering project finance, structured debt, private equity, joint ventures, IPO advisory, and capital-raising solutions. It also holds partnerships with international development finance institutions and export credit agencies.
Hawley said IGA Capital's investment focus covers infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, logistics, mining, technology, and industrial development.
"Our objective is to support commercially viable projects that create jobs, stimulate economic growth, and deliver long-term development outcomes," he said.
What the Expo Will Offer
Hawley described the expo as a deal-making platform rather than a traditional conference. The two-day programme will include investment matchmaking sessions, executive roundtables, sector-focused forums, keynote presentations, business exhibitions, project site visits, and one-on-one meetings between investors, government officials, and project promoters.
Nigerian states, including Lagos, Kaduna, Delta, Edo, Zamfara, Akwa Ibom, and Imo, are expected to present investment-ready projects to attending international investors.
The expo will close with the African Industrial and Development Conference and Awards Gala Night, which will recognise governments, institutions, companies, and business leaders for their contributions to Africa's industrial and economic growth.
Registration is open to investors, government agencies, entrepreneurs, startups, and project developers through the expo's official website at www.aidca.africa.
