Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara, Speaker of the 8th House of Representatives and Chairman of the Board of the National Credit Guarantee Company Limited (NCGC), has joined Nigerians at home and abroad in celebrating the 60th birthday of Mr. Thomas Akoh Etuh, describing him as a visionary leader whose life embodies resilience, enterprise, and service to humanity.
