He also called for Mohbad's parents to be sent to prison. Not sparing Mohbad's father, who had been pushing for a DNA test, the man accused him of granting interviews and releasing singles while neglecting his son’s body in the morgue.

He said:

“You are not a good mother. Your son has been in the morgue for two years and you are doing photo shoots. May we not come from the wrong family. Nigerians should leave the family alone and stop helping them. His parents killed him, they should be sent to prison. May we not die young. They have lied on a lot of people. His father has been going to the studio.”
