Former Big Brother Naija star Queen Mercy Atang has written an open letter to Multichoice and Africa Magic after her unusual bread-inspired outfit at the 12th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) in Lagos went viral online.
The reality star expressed gratitude to the organisers for giving her visibility and for inviting her to the prestigious event.

In her letter, she suggested that the organisers should also organise a special evening dedicated to Nigerian entrepreneurs, where business owners can showcase their brands, creativity, and impact.

I’m beyond excited to have made an appearance at the just-concluded AMVCA, and even more excited to see how business entrepreneurs have embraced this trend even before @tiannahsplacempire and I officially made it one.😊”
The former BBNaija housemate went further to propose the idea of an “AMVCA Nigerian Entrepreneurs Night” to the organisers, describing it as a classy and inspiring addition to the award season.
“Just a thought💭 since we already have the AMVCA Cultural Day and other special events before the main award night, would it be possible to create a special night dedicated to entrepreneurs in Nigeria to showcase their brands, creativity, and impact? 🙈🙏”
Queen Mercy ended her note on a light-hearted tone, saying she would pray about the idea.

Queen Atang confirms marriage crash, blasts ex
Legit.ng had earlier reported that Queen Mercy confirmed that her marriage to King David Oyekanni had ended after less than two years.
The mother of one disclosed that she does not return to past relationships once they are over and warned a former lover from her university days to stop stalking her.
She alleged that the ex-boyfriend tried to tarnish her image in 2024 and recently approached her sister to ask for her phone number under the guise of wanting to apologise.
