Social media influencer Ashmusy, whose real name is Amarachi Amusi, has cleared the misconceptions that have trailed her financial scheme.

Reports had emerged online that Ashmusy was hosting an online event where she planned to teach participants how to make money off social media.

It was alleged that participants would be able to make ₦100 million in just 10 days for a registration fee of ₦36,750.

Reacting, VeryDarkMan expressed doubts over Ashmusy’s offer, questioning how a sum as large as ₦100 million could be made in such a short time without clear strategies.

VDM argued that Ashmusy’s program seemed like another attempt to exploit desperate Nigerians looking for a way out of poverty.

Ashmusy explains her 10-day N100m Masterclass

In a video she released on social media on Saturday, September 27, Ashmusy argued that the ‘Make N100m in 10 days’ on her flyer was a “normal headline.”

According to Ashmusy, what she meant was that participants can make ₦100 million off social media after participating in her 10-day masterclass.

"I never said, 'Make N100 million in 10 days.' It was a normal headline. What I mean was that you can make ₦100 million from social media after participating in my 10-day Masterclass. I have put in so much work to ensure this class is a success," she said in the video.

"When we say 'Make Over ₦100 Million on Social Media,' we are talking about the long-term potential you can achieve by consistently applying what you’ll learn, not earnings within the 10-day training. The 10 days are for learning; your results will depend on your effort and consistency afterward," Ashmusy added in her caption.
