Self-acclaimed president of Ratels, Martin Vicnnet Otse, better known as Verydarkman (VDM), has been spotted driving a black Tesla truck around town.

In a recording shared by former singer Mazi Tunde Ednut, he questioned whether VDM had purchased the truck, as he was seen driving it.

In the video, the man who recently unveiled the logo of the Ratel movement was seen behind the wheel. After being spotted, a crowd of young men followed him until he parked the car. He got out and addressed the people who had gathered around him.

In the clip, VDM explained that he had borrowed the luxury vehicle, as he could not afford to buy it himself.

He mentioned that the car was too expensive for him to purchase, as he always remembers where he came from. The activist further stated that only big men drive such cars.

Fans react to VDM's video

Fans of the controversial activist reacted by recalling his comments when Burna Boy, Davido, and Wizkid bought their expensive cars a few months ago.

They taunted him, claiming he was pretending. Some speculated that it might be his NGO funds that were used to buy the car.

However, a few defended him, stating that he could afford it as he was a human being too.

Legit.ng had reported that Verydarkman didn't spare the former governor of Edo state while reacting to his viral video.

The former Edo State governor reportedly caused a scene and shut the gate while attempting to board his flight, and VDM was not happy about it.
