- The entertainment journal officially named one of the musician’s timeless hits as the Best Afrobeats Song of All Time

Billboard, an American music magazine, has issued a list of the top 50 best Afrobeats songs of all time.
Billboard staff voted 2baba's controversial smash hit African Queen as the best Afrobeats song of all time.

However, Wizkid is the only artist to have two entries in the top ten, with Ojuelegba at number two and Essence (feat. Tems) at number five.
Favour’s Nwa Baby (Ashawo Remix) is ranked third, with Rema's global hit Calm Down at fourth.
CKay’s Love Nwantiti, D'banj's Oliver Twist, Davido's Fall, Burna Boy's Ye, and P-Square's Chop My Money Remix (feat. Akon) round out the top 10.

Despite Nigerian singers dominating the top 20, Ghanaian stars Fuse ODG and Sarkodie made cameos with songs Azonto (with Itz Tiffany) and Adonai (ft. Castro) at numbers 18 and 19, respectively.
Styl-Plus' evergreen song Olufunmi is ranked 11th, with 9ice's Gongo Aso at number 12. Do Me by P-Square and Dami Duro by Davido were ranked 13 and 14, respectively.
Yemi Alade is the highest-ranked female lead artist on the list, with Johnny at number fifteen.
Wande Coal's Bumper to Bumper (17) and Phyno's Fada Fada with Olamide (20) rounded out the top 20.
