Nollywood actress Moyo Lawal has weighed in on the viral incident involving Comfort Emmanson and officials of Ibom Air, condemning the actions that led to the public humiliation of the passenger.
The incident, which has sparked heated discussions online, occurred when Comfort was forced off a flight by airline staff after she allegedly assaulted the air hostess.

In the process, her bosom were exposed, and the disturbing moment was captured on video. The footage soon found its way to social media, where it spread rapidly and attracted massive reactions.
Moyo Lawal faults Ibom Air staff's action
Moyo Lawal’s reaction focused on the unprofessional conduct of service providers who, in her view, should be trained to manage conflicts without emotional outbursts.
The 36-year-old movie star stressed that those in the service industry must prioritise service and composure over personal feelings, regardless of a customer’s behaviour.
The actress also strongly criticised individuals who circulated the explicit video, calling out the lack of consent and the malicious intent behind sharing such private, humiliating material for clicks and attention.
Beyond condemning the incident itself, Moyo Lawal, whose tape leaked in 2023, questioned the moral values of those who justify such an act based on her style of dressing.
She expressed concern over a societal trend where empathy and decency seem to be in decline, adding that poor upbringing and a lack of moral training contribute to such behaviour.

The thespian also addressed the deeper issue of anger and hostility in society, noting that many people appear to be carrying unprocessed hurt and frustration, which can manifest destructively in professional settings.
She proposed that anger management should be an essential skill for anyone in service jobs.

"What is it about some service providers not understanding that if you are in the service industry, you have to actually serve and not be so prone to emotional displays?
"Then the set of people who are so comfortable sharing nuudity that was not authorised just for clickbait and to humiliate the party in the material. Who are the people raising this kind of malicious person? Let's not even talk about the sick people who share and save such materials. Those ones are not loved at home.
"Like I promise you, it doesn't matter what someone has done to you don't you have human decency? don't you have empathy? Then the set of people who try to justify how a person dresses or was dressed as justification for such an act, whew, the majority of us are not getting trained at home.
"We honestly need to find a way to include anger management in our lives, so many hurt and angry people just waiting to explode."
"If you easily get provoked, please do not do a service job. How are we generally so malicious yet so religious?"
