Nigerian comedian Deeone has accused financial advisor and internet personality Geh Geh of “stealing” TikTok star Peller’s destiny.

He stated:
“I saw the way he stole Peller’s destiny. He stole his shine, took his star. Because the moment Peller introduced Ghe Ghe to his fan base, Peller fan come dey say, ‘Omo, I rather dey with this university of wisdom and understanding.’”
For Deeone, the shift wasn’t just about attention; it was about losing the loyalty of an audience that once belonged to Peller.
Even though he admitted Geh Geh has built a unique lane for himself with his witty advice and quirky delivery, Deeone believes the entertainer may have shot himself in the foot by singing about Saida Boj.
Deeone didn’t end the podcast without talking about an alleged rift with Afrobeats superstar Davido. Contrary to speculation, he insisted there’s no problem between them.
He explained:
“Davido listens to correction. Everything that I have corrected David about, you can see that he has adjusted. He don reduce to de chase clout dey prove himself to people. Na, because of Deeone.”
He went further to describe Davido as someone who is not too big to take feedback, pointing out that it is one of the reasons he admires the singer.

Group wants Geh Geh University banned
Legit.ng earlier reported that there is trouble for Geh Geh University and other parody universities, as the Nigerian government has been petitioned to ban them.
A coalition of Nigerian academics, students, alumni, and concerned citizens has written the National Universities Commission (NUC) to step in and regulate comedians and content creators who freely attach “university” to their brands.
According to the group, “Geh Geh University” and “Blessing CEO University” may seem harmless, but they risk watering down the credibility of real institutions that Nigerians work hard to get into.
