Kano State Police Find Rifles Concealed In Dustbin

The Kano State Police Command revealed on Tuesday that it had recovered two rifles from a dustbin in the state metropolis.

Spokesman for the command, ASP Magaji Majia made this known in a statement made available to newsmen in the state.

He said the police were able to recover the weapons which included one K2 and one G3 rifles following a tip-off, adding that they were happy with the information which led to the achievement of this feat.

He therefore urged residents to continue to assist law enforcement agencies by giving valuable information to them so that they can maintain peace and order.
