3 Worshippers Burnt To Death In Ibadan
Tragedy occurred Monday morning in Ibadan, as 3 worshippers were burnt to death at a church, Mercyland Prayers Ministry located at Okoro area.
It has been gathered that the fire emanated towards the front axis of the church, then spread into some of the power generating set fully loaded with petrol, which caused quick spread to other parts of the church.
One of the survivors, Akin, revealed that some of the worshippers were sleeping when they were trapped by the terrible fire, lasting for 3 hours.
Akin narrated that he managed to rescue a pregnant woman out of the thick smoke before heading for a nearby safe place.
Despite the timely intervention of the firemen, the three severely burnt bodies were found on the floor of the church, when the fire was extinguished.
