NBA basketball player, Tristan Thompson, is threatening to sue Sydney Chase for telling people that they had a thing together.
Tristan is currently in a relationship with Khloe Kardashian and trended on social media after the news broke of his alleged cheating scandal with Sydney.
He is seeking legal action against Sydney for allegedly tarnishing his name and claiming that he wasn't unfaithful to Khloe.

Sydney maintains her stance and says that Tristan would do anything to discredit her.
She said on social media.
"Let this be a lesson to not let anyone no matter the money or fame they have, to shut you down or tarnish your name."

According to TMZ, Tristan and his legal team are convinced that Sydney is doing this because she's shopping for a reality show deal. The team is convinced that she'll do anything to get her "big break".
A 'cease and desist' letter has been sent to Sydney after she claimed that she slept with Tristan behind Khloe's back. Tristan's lawyer, Marty Singer, has accused the Instagram model of making up quotes from Tristan to defame his character.
Singer says that if Sydney does not stop bashing Tristan for cheating in the media, she will find herself in court.
