In a recent interview with Adesope Olajide, top Nigerian singer Teni spoke on why she featured only Davido on her 17-track first album.

According to the Billionaire crooner, Davido is such an amazing guy. Teni added that she had cool relationships with other top stars in the industry such as Wizkid and Burna Boy, but what she has with Davido is special.

Teni went ahead to explain that she had known Davido since her days in Atlanta. She recounted how he met her at a studio and motivated her with kind words.

According to her, the DMW boss was already a huge star at the time and he told her that she will become a huge star in Nigeria. Teni said Davido really motivated her and it was only right for her to do something with him for her album.

Davido is one Nigerian artiste who has gained a reputation for helping others.

Legit.ng recently reported that the music star rewarded his right hand man, Black Tycoone, with a diamond-encrusted customised pendant.

In a short caption that accompanied the post, the DMW boss advised fans to be their brother's keepers. He added that it was always good to show appreciation. According to the singer, he has nothing but love for Tycoone.
