Young Man Succeeds in Meat Business, Says When he Started, People Discouraged him

A young man has taken to his social media platforms to share his incredible journey in entrepreneurship just a year and four months after starting his online butchery.

The man identified as Tyrus said he started popular online butchery Zulu Meats sometime in 2019 and vividly remembered how naysayers spoke fear and doom when he was starting out.

Taking to his Twitter page, the businessman said many told him he would not even last a month while others said no one would be interested in buying meat online.

However, a year and some months later, he was reaping fruits of his labour since he gave the haters' comments dead ears.

He advised his followers on social media to ignore critics because they will always be there.

The man said:

"Naysayers will always be there. Don’t let them get to you. Go for it."

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a Nigerian lady, Chimdi Ibeawuchi, showed that hard work always pays no matter how long it takes and the odds one faces.

In joining the "How it started vs how it's going" challenge, the lady shared two photos that showed how much she had grown over time.

In the first frame, she could be seen selling eggs from the boot of a car. The second frame shows how her business has expanded as she stood in front of a truck that is branded with her business name.
