Nigerian music star, Peter Okoye aka Mr P, has finally reacted to comparisons on social media between him and the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry.

A number of people on the internet had praised Prince Harry after his wife, Meghan Markle’s viral interview with Oprah Winfrey. People commended Harry for supporting his woman.

Taking to social media, Peter who was also likened to Prince Harry reacted to the development.

According to him, he could see that he trended on social media for standing up for what was right. He added that people should protect what was theirs and that his family is always first.

The Twitter user who seemed to have seen Meghan's interview with Oprah Winfrey noted that Peter Okoye was not celebrated for standing up for his wife the way Prince Harry is being praised.

Peter and his brothers are currently not on good terms and it is said to be because the singer stood up for his wife and stopped his brothers from disrespecting her.
