Cristiano Ronaldo has scored just one direct free-kick since his £98 million transfer from Real Madrid to Juventus in 2018.

The five-time Champions League winner has played a total of 65 free-kicks since he joined the Turin-based outfit but has only a 1.5 per cent success rate.

Stats show that the 36-year-old's only goal from the set-piece came during the Old Lady's 3-1 triumph over Torino in July 2020.

The Portugal international also has won two Serie A titles as well as two Supercoppa Italiana trophies since he joined them.

However, his chances of winning his third straight Scudetto this campaign are slim as Juve trail Inter Milan by seven points after 24 games so far.

The stats further reveal that Juve had more success from free-kicks before the arrival of the five-time Champions League winner three years ago.

Andrea Pirlo's men had scored 11 of their previous 74 free-kicks across two seasons prior to Ronaldo's signing.

The 36-year-old has scored 46 times from direct free-kicks in his career, but his recent struggles with dead-balls seem to be hurting the Allianz Stadium outfit as they sit third on the log.

Pirlo's men have won just two of their last six matches in all competitions - one of which was a 3-0 success over rock-bottom Crotone. Their problems extend into the Champions League too.
