Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has claimed that Premier League club Arsenal are prepared to end their stunning goal drought and eventually surprise the world.

The Gabonese star reiterated his commitment to the club when he added that the Gunners will surprise the world this season.

Arsenal have been shy of goals this season including lethal striker Aubameyang who has now stated that things will be different.

Aubameyang told Afrique Sport as cited in SunSport:

"The biggest problem the club is facing right now is the lack of goals, but the manager and the rest of the players are trying to overcome this problem.

"Even though the results have not been good recently, we still hope that in the near future everything will be fine and we will surprise the world.
"We have the players that will take us to the level we want to get to."

The 31-year-old who scored a staggering 22 goals in 36 premier league games last season has just managed 2 in 9, so far, this season.
