- This exchange came up after Tiwa called out Beyonce for keeping quiet over police brutality in Nigeria
Several people including Nigerian celebrities have called out some international stars who refused to speak up despite happenings in the country.
This is because most of these international celebrities have made art from Nigeria, and Africa as a whole. One such celebrity is Beyonce.
Days after Beyonce's publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure, took to social media to respond to Tiwa Savage's video, saying there was no need for people to judge others by their social media posts, her mother, Tina Knowles, also replied, saying that her daughter was not a Nigerian spokesperson.
Tiwa Savage took to Twitter to also reply to Tina Knowles. In the post which she shared on Twitter, she simply said that every other person had mothers as well.
Here is what she simply said:
"We all have mothers o."

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Davido's manager, Asa Asika called Naomi Campbell and Beyonce culture vultures.
His post was a reaction to the fact that Beyonce and Naomi Campbell took too long to react to the issues that were being faced in the country.
According to Asa, they did not owe Africans anything as all they did was take from the continent without giving anything back in return. He also added that once they got whatever they wanted, they moved onto the next one.
