The Nigerian youths participating in the EndSARS protest at Lekki Toll Gate have warmed hearts on social media after donating over N500,000 to an elderly woman selling groundnut at the protest ground.
The disclosure was made by a Twitter user with the handle @sama_on_point who shared pictures of the woman on the social media platform.
Recall that the inspector general of police disbanded the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) and introduced Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT).
Nigerians around the world are demanding an end to police brutality in the country.
Tweeps took to social media to share their thoughts on the kind gesture of the protesters towards the elderly woman.
A Twitter user with the handle @tawakalt21 wrote:
"Thanks to everyone, who have contributed money for the woman. With Nigeria youths, we can have the better Nigeria we all are craving for. May God Almighty bless each and every one of us."

In similar news, Nollywood actor Williams Uchemba reached out to the family of the first victim of the EndSARS protest at Ogbomoso, Oyo state.
Jimoh Isiaka was hit by a bullet during one of the protests in the state and it has got the attention of many Nigerians especially as his parents are elderly.
Taking to his official Instagram page, Williams stated that he got the contact of Jimoh's father and he gave him the sum of N1 million.
