It is no longer news that a lot of young Nigerians are not too pleased with the way things are in the country. A number of them are of the opinion that the leaders are the reason behind this rot and seem to have accepted things.

In order to focus on happier things, a lot of Nigerians look for means to entertain themselves including being fans of the famous BBNaija reality show.

Well, it is not strange news that a number of bodies in the society have frowned against the show which they see as a symbol of immorality.

Just recently, Nigerian lawyer and former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, compared citizens of the country to other African counterparts.

According to him, a 25-year-old led a coup in Mali but a 30-year-old Nigerian is fixated on BBNaija. This led to a series of reactions on social media including from one of the reality show stars, Kemen.

Kemen said that Nigerians do not need a coup and that one of FFK’s daughters can lead a protest against the current government and the youths would be fully behind her and support the movement.

In his words: “Dear @real_ffk ...

We don’t need a coup, but of course if one of your daughters leads a protest against the current government...

We will willingly fall behind her and support the movement.

That being said... We Are Waiting.”

Interesting.

Just recently, Legit.ng reported that the minister of state for labour and employment, Festus Keyamo, criticized Fani-Kayode over his recent attack of a journalist.

Legit.ng gathered that the ex-minister poured invective on the journalist for asking a question at a press briefing.

Daily Trust reports that Fani-Kayode, who was visibly angry, told the reporter he was “foolish” for asking him who “bankrolled” his tour of projects in Cross River and other states in the south-south.
