Nigerian author Reno Omokri who has gained a reputation on social media for dropping marriage nuggets has once again shared some important words with young men who are still single and yet to get married.
The author in a post shared on his official Twitter page noted that single men should look out for women who are more vested in sharing their hearts as opposed to those that are more attracted to their pockets.
He said: “You need a woman you can share your heart with, not one you can only share your money with.”

Pressing further with his advice, Omokri said that until marriage comes into the picture, men should be stingy with money and should instead focus on being generous with affection.
In doing this, such men can easily identify their partners. Omokri said any woman who stays back in the circumstances he pointed out is the real one.

The good author’s post was however received with mixed reactions from his followers on the platform.
“I don't agree with you on this Mr Omokri. God gave his only begotten son even when we didn't deserve such love. You can't say you love a person and be stingy towards that person. Na from girlfriend status dey change to wifey,” a follower tweeted in response.
