Well, this is not the first time in recent days that a photographer has sued a celebrity for using their own photo.
Just a few months back, a photographer sued reality TV star Kim Kardashian for posting a photo of her's and hubby Kanye West.
According to TMZ, a photographer named Saeed Bolden said he never gave Kim permission to use nor did she pay to use it.
Saeed wanted to profit from it, considering it was a picture of Kanye smiling, which was pretty rare to find.
The photographer also sued Kim's shapewear line, Skims Body, which he said owns the same Instagram account as her.
In another news, Legit.ng reported that Kourtney Kardashian’s son Mason's Instagram page was deleted by his mom after he hosted an Instagram live session on his social media page.
