Amid the lockdown, the beautiful mother of one recently left many Twitter users filled with joy and something to look forward to when she decided to do a cash giveaway on the popular micro-blogging platform, Twitter.

Several Twitter users benefited from her generosity and it didn't take long before 'Mummy Ire' started trending at the number 1 spot on Nigerian trends. Many people who received financial aid and those who were impressed by her kindness, took to their pages to appreciate her.

Only a while ago following the initial lockdown of Lagos state, the Nollywood actress donated foodstuff and hand sanitisers to poor Nigerians across the country.

The mother of one donated 40 bags of rice and garri to people in Lagos, including 190 hand sanitisers to people on Twitter. The kind woman also gave out 50 cartons of noodles, 50 bags of rice and 100 sanitizers to people in Abeokuta, Ogun state.

Toyin Abraham also took to social media via her Instagram page to speak on the pandemic.

According to her, the virus is just God showing the world his power and Him reminding us that we are all living at His mercy. Toyin Abraham also added that one does not have to panic and live in fear because of it but that they should seek God instead.

Meanwhile, due to the lockdown extension, it appears many homes are restructuring their feeding plans in order to manage food items available. This appeared to be the situation in the home of one Twitter user, Queen Omolade.

She left many people amused on social media when she shared a photo of the new kitchen rules drafted by her sister following the lockdown extension.
