- Marin only got into politics at the age of 27
Finnish prime minister Sanna Marin is the youngest serving head of state in the world.
At the tender age of 34, Marin was elected after previous prime minister Antti Rinne received heavy criticism.
Many questioned his approach in dealing with a postal strike last year and he eventually resigned in December 2019.
Marin only entered into politics at the age of 27 and became an MP at 30, Business Insider reported.
Following the debacle with Rinne, Reuters reported that the Social Democratic Party elected her as the new head.
Legit.ng gathered that Marin grew up in the city of Tampere and was raised by same-sex parents.
Business Insider reported that her upbringing had a huge influence on her political stance.
She revealed: "For me, people have always been equal. It's not a matter of opinion. That's the foundation for everything."
Marin studied Administrative Sciences at the University of Tampere and became head of the city administration in 2012.
She served as the transport and communications minister for six months last year, until her elevation into the presidential hot seat.
Legit.ng previously reported that Courtney Adeleye, founder and CEO of The Mane Choice was teaching her daughter to walk in her footsteps.
At 5, Adeleye's daughter, Lily, was already the youngest CEO ever to retail at a superstore in the United States.
Lily's cute accessories were on display at Target stores which is one of the superstores in the US.
Her mum, Courtney, also has her hair care products on display and the mother and daughter are building an enterprise with their great brands.
As a mother and a businesswoman, this accomplishment is one near to her heart.
