Kobe Bryant, one of the greatest NBA players in history, died hours ago due to a helicopter crash in Los Angeles.
Legit.ng learned that his social media posts before the tragic accident went extremely viral.
His last tweet and Instagram post were about LeBron James’ latest achievement – passing him as the third player with the most number of points scored in the history of the NBA.
In his viral post, Kobe called LeBron his brother and congratulated him for being such a great player.
“Continuing to move the game forward @KingJames. Much respect my brother,” Kobe tweeted.
On Instagram, he urged LeBron to keep on going so that he could be number 2 in the list soon.
“On to #2 @kingjames! Keep growing the game and charting the path for the next,” Kobe wrote on Instagram.
Some of his last posts on social media also included photos of his wife Vanessa and their four beautiful daughters.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Kobe’s 13-year-old daughter Gianna Bryant also died in the helicopter crash.
Kobe is considered the greatest Los Angeles Lakers player of all time and one of the greatest basketball players in history. He won five NBA Championships, two NBA Finals MVPs, and one NBA Regular Season MVP.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a video of late Gianna practising her soft board shooting skill in heels has surfaced online.

In the said video, she stood under the rim and propped the ball up with her right hand before she shot it against the board.
She repeated the process again with the same hand before she made a basket. After doing that, the 13-year-old girl carefully dribbled the ball down the court and walked on in her fragile heels.
