A British landlord identified as Daniel Needes has been left in a distraught state after his last tenants left his house in a total mess. The landlord shared the photos of the bad state his house was left in after his tenants left.

Needes, who is from Bridgend in Wales, United Kingdom, said he nearly cried when he saw the state that the house was in.

According to DailyMail, the landlord rented the house to the people that lived their two years ago. He said when he rented out the house it was in good condition and it was just redesigned by his late father.

The landlord explained that his late dad had even renovated the house with new appliances. He said the tenants moved out without giving him any notice.

Needes explained that he only found out about the state of the house after they moved out. He shared photos to reveal the condition of the house after they left, leaving holes in the walls and trash on the floor.

According to him, he found out that they moved out after he got a letter from the place that pays him their rent directly. He said the letter notified him that the rent had stopped because the tenants moved out.

He said: “I went down to the house as soon as I could and that’s when I saw what they’d done. To be honest, when I first saw it I nearly cried. They had completely trashed it.”

Needes further stated that he would make sure to get the house repaired to rent it out again.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that a landlady evicted a young man after claiming he is a Yahoo boy. It was reported that the landlady also refused to refund the man's money even though she wants him out.

According to reports, the landlady decided to evict him after she saw him moving into the house.
