Design

The phone weighs 141 grams, and its light-weight is attributed to its built materials which are a plastic back, plastic frame and glass front. It is almost bezel-less with a waterdrop notch housing the selfie camera, and that gives ample display area on the screen.

At the rear side, there is a dual-camera setup at the top left corner. Just below it, there is an LED flash for extra lighting when taking photos or videos. The fingerprint sensor is beside the camera setup at a position where you can easily reach it with your fingers.

The volume rocker and the power button are on the left side of the phone while the SIM card tray is positioned on the right side. Even though this is a mid-range phone, it is magnificently designed with top-notch finishes that make it look like a premium phone.

Verdict

Samsung Galaxy A20e is a highly affordable device, and that makes it a nice budget phone. However, you might have to contend with its average performance and not so good display quality. Even though the battery capacity is only 3000 mAh, the fast charger will quickly top it up if it goes low. If phone performance and display are not a cause for alarm, then I bet that it offers a satisfactory service.

While Samsung Galaxy A20e offers the essential features you will want in a smartphone; you can find a better experience in other devices at the same price or a little bit more. For instance, Samsung Galaxy A40 is a bit costly, yet it provides better features.
