Singer Lami Phillips says having kids or being a Mrs is not an accomplishment
Nigerian singer Lami Phillips-Gbadamosi has taken to social media to talk about how she feels when people make it feel like being married or having a child is an accomplishment. The singer noted that it is not an accomplishment but a blessing.
Phillips took to her Instagram page to share her thoughts. The singer noted that people who are not married or parents are not less than those who are.
According to the singer, people who are not married or parents are living and fulfilling their purpose differently from how others are doing theirs.
The singer explained that she does not like it when people make others who are not married or are not parents feel less. She noted that she does not like it when a person berates someone for not being polite to a married woman.

According to her, they are both people and being married does not make one special than others.
Phillips advised people to take it easy and be nice to everybody. She noted that a secondary junior could become a boss one day.

In a post shared on her Instagram page, Phillips noted that she is currently undergoing a postgraduate programme at the African Leadership Center of the Kings College, in London, United Kingdom.
