The couple whose combined ages are 211 years were married on December 15, 1939, marking 2019 their 80th year of marriage.

The Hendersons have a love story that has quite literally stood the test of time. John is 106-years-old while Charlotte is 105- years-old as reported by CNN.

They married during the Great Depression, where their hotel room for their honeymoon was only N2,500.

The two met in a class at the University of Texas in 1934 when Charlotte was studying to be a teacher, while John played football for the Longhorns.

John also holds the title of world’s oldest living former UT football player.

They have a tradition of attending at least one UT football game per season for the past 84 consecutive years.

Their love for UT and the Longhorns doesn’t end there as they decided to live at Longhorn Village, a retirement community for university staff and alumni.

Meanwhile, a Nigerian couple have become internet sensations after photos from their wedding in Rivers state in which they are captured using a motorbike to go home, went viral on social media.

In the photos currently trending on social media, the couple are seen going home after the reception on a bike. With the husband in control of the wheels, the bride hops onto the bike happily and they are seen riding off.
