Meet BBNaija2019 finalists: Mercy, Mike, Frodd, Omashola, Seyi and Diane (photos)
Highly coveted reality television show Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) is gradually coming to an end and it is interesting to note that the show already has the top finalists of the season.
The 2019 edition of the show which is tagged Pepper Dem, started on a slow pace but eventually managed to keep viewers glued to their television screen, up until the moment when the contestants were trickled down to the final six.
Each Sunday night eviction show witnessed mixed reactions from the individual fan base of the housemates, as stylish host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, played the role of the harbinger of bad news.
From the sudden eviction of Avala and Isilomo to the eviction of Jeff, Tuoyo, Thelma, Ghedoni, Jackye, Sir Dee, Esther to mention but a few that came in the following weeks, it has truly been an interesting run.

On Sunday, September 30, Elozonam and Ike, joined the rest of the contestants that had lost the bid for the N60 million grand prize, leaving the show’s finalist to be Mercy, Diane, Mike, Omashola, Seyi and Frodd.

Mercy
Mercy Eke aka Lamboghini’s spot in the finals was sealed after she made history as the first housemate to purchase immunity from being nominated for possible eviction, in the season. This smart and strategic move gained her a place among the final contenders.

Mike
For the UK-based Nigerian known as Mike aka The Classic Man, he managed to warm his way into the finals with his charm, intelligence and lovable personality. Mike's lovable traits helped him establish a strong and committed fan base, that had no problems standing up for him whenever he made the list for possible eviction
Frodd
Talk about one of the housemates that elicited mixed feelings from viewers of the show, then this young banker would definitely be a top mention. He, however, proved that his head was in the game when he emerged as the ultimate veto power winner and gained a spot in the final week of the season.
Diane
Best remembered for her charm and friendship with fellow housemate Mercy, Diane, has been lucky to not be up for eviction too many times in the BBNaija house.

Omashola
38-year-old Omashola, who has been likened to 2017 winner Efe on several occasions, also prides himself among the few with the rare opportunity to witness the last days in the BBNaija house. The South-African based individual remains one of the most entertaining contestants in the house, and this has no doubt helped him retain a finalist spot.
Seyi
Seyi aka Sugar Daddy, who is a grandson of great Nigerian leader late Chief Obafemi Awolowo, warmed his way to the finals with his intelligence and admirable sense of humour. Although he was initially involved in a fake eviction some weeks ago, he made sure to solidify his spot in the finals by targeting the head of the house title and enjoying the benefit of saving himself from nominations.
