Osinbajo will have the last laugh - Pastor Bakare
Tunde Bakare, the senior pastor of the Latter Rain Assembly, on Sunday, September 29, prophesied that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo will overcome his ordeals and present predicaments.
Bakare said: “Vice President Osinbajo will have the last laugh. You think I am stupid? Except he has violated his oath," The Nation reports.
The cleric's position was in reaction to allegations that the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) supported Osinbajo with N90 billion during his 2019 election campaigns.
In an earlier post, Legit.ng reported that Tunde Bakare had denied granting any interview on the issues involving Osinbajo.
The senior pastor said the federal government can it address the issues itself. He, however, said he would advise the government on the issues if his counsel is sought.
“I believe the government is perfectly capable of addressing the issues. I have not and I am not granting interviews on this current VP saga.

If, however, my counsel is sought at all, I will handle that confidentially and not in public,” the outspoken cleric said.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng reported that the cleric had expressed his willingness to contest for the presidency after the expiration of President Muhammadu Buhari’s second term.
Bakare announced his ambition again, during an interview on Saturday, March 9 in Lagos shortly after casting his vote at the Opebi Grammar School polling unit.
