Actor Femi Branch rants bitterly as trucks return to Lagos bridges

- Nollywood actor rants about parked trucks on Lagos bridges

- In a recent post shared on social media, the actor complained that the trucks which were evidently cleared for the president's arrival have been returned

- He asked Nigerians to speak up against injustice and stop being sentimental

In what appears to be an angered citizen's rant, Nollywood actor, Femi Branch, shared a series of post where he complained bitterly about trucks returning to Lagos bridges shortly after the president left the city.

Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari was in Lagos on Saturday, February 9, for the APC rally. It was gathered that many trucks which have caused a menace on the bridges were cleared in anticipation of the president's entrance.

However, after the rally, many of the trucks have been returned on the bridges and that move has upset many Lagosians including actor, Femi Branch. It pushed him to go on a full rant mode where he stated that many lives have been wasted because of these trucks which prove dangerous to citizens who ply the bridges daily as they commute to work and other places.

Femi made sure to spell out that he is not partisan and just needs those in governance to do the right thing and govern the people who have voted them in.

He also showed the trucks which were evidently back on the bridges and requested that those in power do the needful instead of watching people waste their lives for nothing.

Meanwhile, residents of Apapa area of Lagos have protested indiscriminate parking of trailers and tankers in the area. The residents have threatened to take legal action against Nigerian Ports Authority and all shipping companies if the federal government fails to relocate trailers causing gridlock in the area.

Protesters were led to the Area B police command, Apapa, by the chairman of the residents association, retired Brigadier General Sola Vaughan.
