Nigerian widow allegedly battered by her in-laws for wanting her hubby buried in Lagos

- A Nigerian widow has taken to social media to cry for help after she was battered by her in-laws

- According to the story, her husband before he died, left instructions to be buried in Lagos as opposed his village

- His relatives however, didn't agree with this as they stormed the Service of Songs ceremony and roughened her up

Like a script from a Nollywood movie, a Nigerian woman who recently lost her husband to the cold hands of death, has already started feeling the brunt of her new status in the hands of her headstrong in-laws.

In a video which was posted by her pastor, Mrs Magdalene revealed that she lost her husband on June 12. Before his death however, he had instructed her to take his body to the village for the burial, to which she agreed.

Just like his mother, the first son also confirmed what his mother said as his father's last wish. According to him, their father told them not to go to the village for any reasons whatsoever, adding to the fact that he had not been in speaking terms with his relatives for close to 20 years.
