Paris Saint-Germain manager Mauricio Pochettino is hoping to bolster his squad as he arrives the French club and now reports say he has presented Lionel Messi with an odd contract.

The Ligue 1 reigning kings are desperate in reuniting the Argentine and Neymar at the club ahead of the possible exit of Kylian Mbappe.

And in his bid to sign the six-time Ballon d’Or winner ahead of Manchester City, Poch has presented the superstar with a bizarre contract.

Messi looks likely to leave Barcelona when his contract ends this summer as he had, last summer, tendered his transfer request before making a U-turn.

It was gathered that PSG are ready to offer Messi whatever Manchester City will offer him as Citizens promised to include a 'golden retirement' in the MLS with their Inter Miami.

And PSG are prepared to grant that wish as part of their contract offer, though Todofichajes report via Daily Star that City have also made a similar promise.

As well as extravagant wages, they have offered the 33-year-old a chance to end his career with sister club New York City FC if he joins.

Meanwhile, Sergio Ramos has warned Real Madrid that Paris Saint-Germain are ready to create a super-team with him along with Lionel Messi.

Los Blancos captain has been having a contract dispute with his employers as he enters into the final six months into his deal.

The Spanish centre-back is free to speak with other clubs and has been linked with a move to Premier League side Man City.
