Dropped off at school
Despite giving birth at a school-going age, Lillian Aber noted her hubby pushed her to return to school and continue her studies.

"When I gave birth to my first child, my husband did not want me to just sit at home. He pushed me to go back to school. He paid for my school fees and supported me in every way.
He would always drop me off at school, but he would do it in the guise of an uncle so that we could hide it from my classmates and comfort me," the women's representative for Kitgum District in Uganda's 11th Parliament said.
Aber, who delivered at 17, praised her husband for being very supportive throughout her pregnancy.
Working to provide for granny, brother
She pointed out that she had dropped out of school before falling pregnant, but her lover restored her faith by taking her back to school.
"I met a gentleman who promised me heaven on earth, and for once, I felt as if I could put my burdens aside. I was lucky to marry a very responsible, loving man who saw the capacity in me and wanted to build it," she said.
Aber also shared that she endured a harsh early childhood as she was forced to work when she was young.
She worked to support her brother and grandmother instead of asking for money, as she believed it was the ideal way of supporting the family.
Student bags first-class degree
In a related story, Legit.ng reported that a Nigerian man graduated from the University of Benin with a first-class degree.
The man was said to have studied Industrial Mathematics in the school.
He was able to graduate with the perfect CGPA of 5.0.
