A child who resumed school reacted in a funny way after realising she was moving to a new class.

The child's mother posted a funny video to show how the child behaved upon resuming school for a new term.

In the video shared by @alicia_and_mum, the child was spotted crying. According to the post, she was not happy to leave her former teacher.

She loved her old teacher so much that she felt really sad when she got a new one in her new class.

The video was captioned:

"She wants her aunty from her previous class(help me tell her she's now in a new class). She wants her former aunty."

Mother issues appeal to private schools

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that a Nigerian woman accused private school owners of increasing the burden on parents through the sale of textbooks.

The woman lamented that private schools force students to do their homework in their textbooks.
