In a video she posted on TikTok, the chef said she believes God also put her mother's strengths and talents in her.

She noted that God put a greater version of what her mother had in her. She said her aim has always been to make her mother proud.

Her words

"I'm my mother's daughter. And I used to say that if my life is anything half as like what my mum is, like if I have everything that my mum has in me. The Bible says the later shall be greater than the former. Which means that whatever God has put in my mum, he has put a greater version of that in me. And just watching her, following her footsteps, wanting to make her proud is enough motivation to keep me going."
