Reactions have trailed an old post shared on X many years ago by slain American activist, Charlie Kirk.

The post was retrieved, and a screenshot of it was posted by an X user who admires the late activist.

Many social media users are mourning the activist who was shot and killed in Utah.

In the old post Kirk made in 2013, he said evil will only prosper when good men choose to stay silent.

He said:

"All it takes for evil to prosper is for good men to do nothing."

According to @iAnonPatriot, who reposted the post, Kirk was 19 when he made the post.
