Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has made a comparison between Davido's white wedding in Miami, codenamed Chivido, and Iyabo Ojo’s daughter’s wedding, JP2025.
The singer had a lavish ceremony in Miami with his beautiful wife, Chioma, and videos and pictures from the event surfaced online.

Iyabo Ojo’s daughter, Priscilla, also had her wedding a few months before Davido’s, with some ceremonies held in Tanzania.
In his post, Uche shared videos from both ceremonies to make his comparison. According to him, Priscilla's wedding had more class than Davido’s. He added that although the singer spent a lot of money on his wedding, the organisation and planning were not well executed.

Uche Maduagwu further stated that Priscilla’s wedding trended more both in Nigeria and Africa. He accused Davido of lying about spending N3.7 million on his wedding ceremony in Miami, suggesting that this could be the reason Davido took action against Iyabo Ojo because he wanted to compete with her and her daughter.

Many fans took sides, arguing that there was no need to compare the two ceremonies, as both were remarkable in their own ways. A few disagreed, stating that a wedding abroad cannot be compared to one held in Nigeria, especially since many dignitaries attended Davido’s wedding.
