Popular Nigerian music star, Folarin Falana better known as Falz the Bahd Guy, is preaching about the importance of bitter kola to human beings.

He shared a number of screenshots from American rapper Meek Mill testifying to the goodies bitter kola and other African herbs have done for him in the last couple of years:

Meek Mill wrote:

"Bitter kola nut changed my life... I feel like we 'black people' need to be more educated about Africa!"

Falz then highlighted other importance like boosting manpower among other benefits of the kola.

The rapper then chose to start a fun challenge by calling on anyone who can eat a bitter kola and not squeeze their faces. He wrote:

"This should even be a challenge, Eat an entire bitter kola without scattering face."

Falz threatens Meek Mill over kola nut

Legit.ng earlier reported that Falz took the advice of his American colleague Meek Mill on the health benefits of taking kola nut.

Falz shared a video of himself lamenting on the taste of kola nut and promised to go find Meek Mill in America if it doesn't work.

Meek had earlier claimed on social media that he suffered from a bad stomach for 2 years until he used kola nut.
