A bouncer for Nigerian singer Kizz Daniel, identified as Kelvin Power, has recounted a striking story involving Afrobeats superstar Wizkid and an unnamed Nigerian governor.
Kelvin shared the account in a video where he reflected on his years working in celebrity security and the experiences that came with the role.
According to him, a governor once invited Wizkid to his home and presented the singer with a bag packed with dollar notes.

Kelvin did not name the governor involved, nor did he reveal how much money was allegedly inside the bag.
What Wizkid Did With the Money
What made the story stand out, according to Kelvin, was Wizkid's response to the gift. Rather than pocketing the money himself, the singer reportedly handed the entire bag to his bodyguard without hesitation.
"Wizkid didn't touch a dine, he passed it to his bodyguard," Kelvin said.
He added that the bodyguard in question has since relocated out of Nigeria but carries the memory of Wizkid's gesture with him.
"Today the bodyguard is no longer in Nigeria but he'll never forget his helper," Kelvin said.
The identity of the bodyguard was not disclosed, and Kelvin offered no further context about when or where the alleged encounter took place.
Beyond the Wizkid story, the bouncer also used the video to shed light on the realities of working in celebrity security.
He described the profession as demanding and dangerous, stating plainly that "bodyguard job is very risky."
