Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has taken a viral body-shaming moment and turned it into a powerful movement for body confidence.
The actress, who trended online after an unflattering gym photo leaked, faced harsh comments from critics who mocked her stomach.
Instead of bowing to pressure, she decided to make a statement and reward women for embracing their bodies.

In a post on Instagram, the actress announced the launch of what she calls the Big Belle Challenge. According to her, the competition is open to women who are confident enough to flaunt their bellies proudly.
Contestants must share photos of their stomachs, tag her, and use the hashtag #bigbellechallenge. The top three entries will be reposted on her page before a final winner is chosen.
To make it even more exciting, Nkechi revealed that the overall winner will walk away with a grand cash prize of ₦1 million.
She wrote:
“₦1 million to the winner, Big belle challenge is here courtesy my Brother @proactive105mann … The person with the biggest belly takes it all.”
