Nigerian singer and activist, Charles Oputa, better known as Charly Boy, has begun a search to find a wife for his son.

In a post on Instagram, the man, whose bus stop name was changed, shared that he wants to "tie his son to Nigeria," so he decided to get him married.

In the caption, Charly Boy noted that his son, whose name was not mentioned, has been married before but is now divorced.

Area Fada as he is fondly called added that it seemed his son fears women, as he encouraged his fans to send him a direct message if they were interested.

The former singer affirmed that his son holds a master's degree and is 46 years old. Charly Boy also mentioned that his son, who is in need of a wife, stands 5ft 11 inches tall and will be home in the coming months.

Charly Boy shares son's spec for ladies

When speaking about the kind of lady his son would like to marry, Charly Boy emphasized that the woman must come from a good home.

He also stated that she must have a humble background and be an authentic graduate.

He warned that those who do not meet these criteria should not bother applying.

This is not the first time Charly Boy has searched for a life partner for his children. A few months ago, the controversial figure shared the profile of his daughter, stating that she also needed a husband.

Charly Boy says nanny abused him at 12
