ChividoMiami2025 may be over, but the drama has continued to trail the lavish event, which took place in Miami, Florida.
Legit.ng recalls that Afrobeats star David Adeleke, better known as Davido, and his wife, Chioma Adeleke, aka Chef Chi, had their white wedding in the US, with prominent figures like Aliko Dangote, Ademola Adeleke, Adekunle Gold, D'banj, Ubi Franklin, Uche Jumbo, Isreal DMW, among others, in attendance.

However, just a few days after the event, rumours emerged on social media that a former label music executive had stolen a wristwatch at Davido's white wedding.
Tufab, a longtime friend of popular musician Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, also known as Wizkid, shared a series of tweets about the incident, including a comment where he claimed the person who stole the watch was in a group photo of Davido and his friends.
"This damage control will not be controlled… no worry. I’m fully active. A whole former label executive! Omo... This one bad oo. You go your guy wedding go thief wristwatch 🤣 so much love & harmony….. Why naaaaaa. Okay, I don hear you. But one person inside this picture don thief wristwatch."
