Nigeria’s former president, Goodluck Jonathan, turned a new age on November 20, and friends and well-wishers gathered to mark the occasion with him.
To celebrate the politician’s 64th birthday, his wife, Patience Jonathan, also made sure to entertain him with a song.
As the couple were aboard a private jet, Patience alongside a group of others sang a birthday song for Goodluck Jonathan. However, the former first lady’s voice stood out the most seeing as she was singing off-key.
At a point during the rendition, Patience also referred to Goodluck Jonathan as her loving husband and others aboard the private jet laughed before they toasted to the big day.

The celebrant was later seen cutting a huge birthday cake as his birthday celebration kicked off.

Buhari hails Goodluck Jonathan on 64th birthday
President Muhammadu Buhari has felicitated with his immediate predecessor, former President Goodluck Jonathan, on his 64th birthday anniversary.
In a statement issued on Tuesday evening, November 16, by his spokesman, Femi Adesina, Buhari congratulated Jonathan for serving the country and working for the peace and advancement of democracy in Africa.
He said Jonathan had continued to expand the boundaries of leadership by teaching many in the country the power of focus, consistency and diligence.
