Chibok Girls: Oby Ezekwesili Expresses Worry Over The Trend Of Female Suicide Bombers

Former minister of education and one of the leaders of the #BringBackOurGirls campaign, Dr. Oby Ezekwesili, has raised an alarm over the increasing use of teenage girls as suicide bombers by the dreaded Boko Haram sect.

Recently, it seems the sect has changed its mode of operation, using female suicide bombers, a trend which many Nigerians are worried about. On Sunday, July 27, a female bomber died while attempting to bomb Northwest University in Kano State.

The following day, Monday, two female bombers struck in different parts of Kano, killing and injuring many, as Muslims celebrated this year's Eid-el-Fitri.
