Eniola Badmus Says She Is Not Ready To Shed Weight

Plus-size Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has remained unfazed and unbothered with comments from the general public over her body size.

Speaking yesterday, July 20, on talk show, Rubbin’ Minds showing on Channels TV, Eniola said she will not lose her weight which is her identity that makes her stand out in the movie industry because if she loses weight, it would equal losing her brand.

"My size frame is a major one. We really do not have people in the industry that has my size. Even if I want to lose weight I will not want to go down so much because it will spoil my brand. I may just lose one or two sizes. Losing my weight will not make me who I am. I do not want to drag with size 10 people in the industry. They are much," Eniola said.

She added that she enjoys when people laugh at her as a result of her weight.

The actress, also known as Gbogbo Bigz Girls, became famous for her role in the award-winning Yoruba movie, Jenifa.

She made her entry into the movie industry 13 years ago with the movie 'Brutal Times And Love Affairs'. She has featured in lots of movies, both English and Yoruba.

She has recently won the award for Best Actress (Yoruba) at City People Awards.

Regardless of her size, beautiful Badmus is the one actress that carries herself with such great confidence on and off set.
