A neighbour who could not stand the noise coming from a partying home is reported to have called the police officers to shut the celebrations down.

One family member shared on Facebook about how what transpired after the cops showed up left her speechless and emotional.
This is what she shared on Facebook:
"Someone called the police during Timbre’s graduation party tonight! The police came and asked some of the party guests to move their cars out of the road. Before they left, one of the officers asked to see the graduate!
"I was kind of sceptical at first, but Lyric went and got her! He wished her well, and asked her if he could pray with her! This made my heart smile! Officer Covington of the Aberdeen Police Department! We need more of him!"
While most black families have had bad experiences with police officers, the cops showed this family a different side that left them stoic.

Lady celebrates graduation with weird hairdo
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a young lady had celebrated graduating from university with a hairstyle that 'screamed' 2021.
The overjoyed woman took to Twitter to announce the academic achievement while throwing shades at her haters.
@abarbiewrld shared beautiful photos as she took different poses with her academic gown, but there was something else.
Social media users flooded her comment section with congratulatory messages just as many others couldn't help but notice her hairdo.
