Popular Nollywood actor, Lateef Adedimeji, recently shared his grass to grace story with fans on social media.

According to the post he shared on Instagram, the actor started from the bottom and even though he is not where he wants yet, he has moved from where he started from.

The actor continued by saying that it was compulsory for him to go to school even though there was no form of luxury attached.

He noted that he got to his present state through sheer dedication and ambition.

Giving all the thanks to God, the movie star said that he has not won the race yet, and God won't leave him to finish the work alone.

According to him, there's still a lot of work to be done but he won't jump the process.

Excerpt from his post read:

"Let's talk about humble beginnings shall we? Oh, wait, did you by any chance think I started big? Nibo? I can boldly say I started from the foot of the ladder, I'm nowhere near the top but I'm certainly not where I started from. Look closely, there's a story behind this image, going to school wasn't even up for debate, it was a must."
