- Barcelona have landed in Manchester ahead of their Champions League quarter final second leg clash with City
Asisat Oshoala has jokingly demanded that she needs a N1bn loan on her social media handle despite her huge pay package with Barcelona, Instagram.
The Super Falcons striker has enjoyed every bit of the game at top level and the higher she goes the more money in her bank account.
The 26-year-old took to her Instagram handle to make the request and also revealed what the creditor should do if she does not payback.
"I need someone to borrow me 1Billion. I’m always online, I will not run. If I don’t pay back , please BLOCK ME."
Oshoala got her name on the scoresheet when Barcelona defeated Man City in the Women's Champions League quarter finals as they took a 3-0 lead into the second leg.
The four-time African Football of the year's 35th minute strike in the game made Barcelona's 100th goal in the elite European competition.
The Barca Ladies are getting set for the second which will be played on Wednesday March 31, 2021 as they look to make it through to the last four following their arrival in Manchester.
Oshoala became the first African women's player to score in a Champions League final when she got the only goal for Barca in their 4-1 defeat to Lyon during the 2018-19 season.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Nigerian sensation Asisat Oshoala scored in Barcelona’s 3-0 victory over Man City Ladies in the UEFA women’s Champions League competition on Wednesday, March 24.
The Catalan giants take a giant first-leg win in the quarter-final, but it is not yet over as they need to prevent the Citizens from responding when they face-off in the return leg.
And it was Oshoala who opened the scoring in style in the 35th minute with a milestone strike to make it the club’s 100th goal of the competition.
